1. Link documents to share transactions and governing body actions

Link relevant documents (such as notarial deeds, share purchase agreements, board/shareholder resolutions, auditor reports etc.) to a specific share transaction or governing body action.

Documents attached to such transactions/actions are easily accessible directly from the relevant transaction/action, but also directly from the general 'Documents' section of the relevant legal entity.

Get a detailed, historical overview of all transactions in which a specific shareholder is involved.

4. Personalize column views

Throughout Corporify you can customize your column views via the 'Edit columns' button.

The desired columns can be selected and the order in which the columns should appear can be adjusted by dragging the column names.

Your column view will be saved and retained for when you log in again later.

Note that your column view is personal and not applied to other users.
