Custom data fields
You can now add custom data fields in Corporify, alongside the predefined fields that were previously available. Here you can find the key take-ways:
- These additional fields can be configured as text field, check box, amount, date, document, multi-select option, ... or a combination of these, allowing you to tailor data entry precisely to your requirements.
- You have control over which entities the additional data fields are assigned to. For example: all persons, all entities with a specific label or those located in a particular jurisdiction.

Export all delegations
You can now export all delegations from your Corporify environment directly to Excel, providing a comprehensive overview of delegations across all entities.

Reopen the last transaction
After completing a transaction in the share register or in a governing body, you now have the ability to correct information and reopen that transaction. This option is available exclusively for the most recent transaction you have executed.
This is particularly useful if you need to correct an error. For example, if you realize you have entered the wrong execution date, mistakenly included the wrong shareholder or left the paid-up amount incomplete.

You can now assign user roles with tailored permissions, allowing certain users to prepare transactions within the share register or governing bodies without being able to execute them, by disabling the 'Save and execute' function.
This functionality enables you to establish a controlled transaction execution process and implement a four-eyes principle.

The dividend module has been enhanced to give you greater control and flexibility. You can now easily filter your dividend recipients and generate a corresponding filtered payment or SEPA file.

UBO functionality now includes support for Dutch entities
Automatic UBO calculations are now available for Dutch entities. This enhancement allows you to automatically determine who the UBOs of your dutch entities are. The accuracy of the UBO calculation relies on the completeness of the information provided in Corporify. If the entire top structure is not added in Corporify, the automated calculations can not be accurate.
Improved search options in the document room
You can now search for documents more efficiently within the document room of an entity. This improvement enables you to quickly locate documents either within a specific folder or across the entire document room.

Other improvements
Some other improvements that are possible with this release:
- The update from Excel feature (in the share register or governing bodies) is now also available for non admin user (editors).
