Edit the role of an existing user in Corporify

Once you have added a user in Corporify, you can still change this user’s role at a later stage.

This can be useful, for example, if you want to add an extra layer of security when new information is added that the user should not be able to see, or if you want to implement a four-eyes principle where the user is not allowed to click on 'Save and execute'. Overview of all the steps covered in this tutorial to edit the role of an existing user:

1. Click on the name of your silo in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Go to 'Silo settings'.
3. Go to the tab 'Users'.
4. Click on the three dots next to the existing user.
5. Select 'Edit user details'.
6. Adapt the role.
7. Once finished, click on 'Save'.
