(Shareholder) register improvements
Integration with Dun & Bradstreet
(Shareholder) register improvements
We’ve improved the look and feel of the registers in the Ownership tab. These enhancements give you a clearer overview of your shareholders, including a dedicated section for voting rights.
The overview screen now includes a “Total shares” or “Total votes” bar at the bottom. When you apply filters - for example, to show only shareholders who are living in a certain country - you can immediately see in the total bar what percentage of the overall shares or voting rights this filtered group owns.
In addition, the tabs now include extra columns to indicate whether a shareholder is part of a specific group in Corporify, their nationality and jurisdiction, their country of residence, any specific labels assigned to them, etc.

Bulk mandate updates
You can now terminate or reappoint all mandates for one person or legal entity in bulk. This allows you, for example, to end the mandate of a single director across multiple entities in one action. During the bulk termination, you can choose to terminate all mandates on the same effective date for consistency across your entities. In addition, you can specify a separate decision date for each individual mandate, ensuring that the legal decision date is accurately recorded even when different mandates are approved at different times.

Integration with Dun & Bradstreet
We have been working on an integration with Dun & Bradstreet to make it easier to add new entities from around the world. When you create a new entity in Corporify, you can enter the enterprise number and search for the entity directly in Dun & Bradstreet. If the data is available, key information such as address, legal form, incorporation date and fiscal year is automatically retrieved and populated.
In addition to retrieving basic entity details, you can also capture the principal governing body based on the Dun & Bradstreet data. This means you can identify the directors or the full board of directors, review their details and add them to Corporify as mandates in just a few clicks. This reduces manual input, helps you keep governing bodies aligned with official records and speeds up the initial setup of new entities in your environment.

Persons settings relocated
All settings for each person are now consolidated into a single, centralized settings section -aligned with the structure used for legal entities - giving you streamlined access to the following:
-
General settings, where you can update this person’s details or archive the person when required.
-
Portal users, where you can grant access to this person’s investments so they can be viewed through the portal.
- Portal access, where you can see which other entities this person can access via the portal.

XBLR in document generation
When preparing the minutes of the annual general meeting, you can now adapt your templates to include your XBLR file directly in the document generation process. This means that all relevant figures and amounts from the annual accounts are automatically retrieved from the XBLR file and inserted into the correct sections of your template, such as profit allocation.
This enhancement significantly reduces manual input and the risk of transcription errors and ensures that the minutes are fully aligned with the annual accounts.
If you would like to learn more about optimising your templates or explore additional template options, please contact support@corporify.com.
Export your UBOs to Excel

Export permissions overview
We have added a new export to your environment. If you have multiple platform users with restricted permissions who cannot see all entities, you can now use this export to generate a clear overview of each user and the entities they can access.

DocuSign configuration
Previously, you needed to send us your API Account ID to configure your DocuSign connection. This step has now been simplified: you can enter your API Account ID yourself directly in the silo settings of your environment to set up the link with your DocuSign account.
If your DocuSign configuration is not yet complete, simply follow the instructions outlined in the tutorial below.
