e-Signatures in Corporify

Discover the eSignature tools available for integration into Corporify and the advantages of this.

By incorporating an eSignature tool into Corporify, you can streamline your document signing processes in one place. This integration does not only save time but also ensures that your important documents are signed securely within Corporify. 

When you create or upload a document in Corporify, you can easily send it out for signature. Once the document is fully signed, it will automatically replace the unsigned version in Corporify. This means you no longer have to download the signed document from your eSignature tool and manually save it in the appropriate folder.

Currently we can integrate the following eSignature tools into Corporify:

Below, you will find the information you need to set up the integration with the eSignature tools mentioned above.

Integrate DocuSign

It is important to take into account to only one account can be added. It is advisable to utilize a general account, with a mailbox such as legal@, compliance@, corporate@ since only one DocuSign account can be added. All eSignature requests will be sent from this mailbox.

To integrate your DocuSign, you will need the API Account ID. Where to find your DocuSign API Account ID.

  1. Log in to DocuSign (with an admin account or the general account).
  2. Click the Settings tab which is located on the top ribbon.
  3. On the left side, under integrations, you will find 'Apps and Keys'.
  4. Copy your API Account ID and complete the steps below.

Step-by-step:

  1. Click on the name of your silo and select 'Silo settings'.
  2. Go to the tab 'Signings' and click on 'Reconnect'.
  3. Complete the API Account ID and click on 'Save'.
  4. Click once again on 'Reconnect' and login with the general account.
  5. (Optional) Configure the default signing method by selecting the eSigning tool.

Integrate Nitro or Adobe Sign

It is important to take into account to only one account can be added. It is advisable to utilize a general account, with a mailbox such as legal@, compliance@, corporate@ since only one DocuSign account can be added.

All eSigning requests will be sent from the mailbox linked to your Corporify environment and processed through your eSigning tool. To set up the integration, you will need to:

  1. Connect a mailbox: click 'here' to learn how to connect the mailbox.

  2. Integrate Nitro or Adobe Sign: contact support@corporify.com to find out which details are required to integrate your eSignature tool.
