UBOs

Below you find a step by step guide on how to automatically identify your UBOs based on the data in Corporify and based on the Belgian legislation. The precision of the UBO identification process depends on the thoroughness of the information available in Corporify and is currently applicable only to entities based in Belgium.

Delegations

Whether you have a lot of delegations or just want to keep track of who can represent the company. You can now easily have an overview of each delegation with 

• a detailed description;
• the individual assignees of each delegation;
• the start and end date of each delegation; and
• keep track of the relevant documents.
