In step 5 of getting started, we will provide you with instructions on how to organize your documents effectively and how to send them for e-Signature.
Default folder structures
Having the same folder structure within different entities makes it easier to search/find documents and ensures that you can work in a more structured way.
Once you have created a default folder structure that suits your organizational needs, you can:
- easily apply a default folder across multiple entities simultaneously; and
- easily update existing default folders for all entities.

How to add meta data
You can add meta data to documents based on the document type. For example, when you upload a copy of an ID card, you have the option to classify the document as "ID Document." This allows you to set up the expiry date of the ID card and this allows you to create a reminder for when it needs to be renewed (in step 6, you will learn how to add reminders).

e-Signing
You can effortlessly send your documents for e-Signature through Corporify. Once the document is fully signed, it will automatically update and replace the unsigned version in your silo. For example: You can easily send the share register or organizational chart for e-Signature within Corporify, and once signed, they will be automatically saved in your legal entity's document room.
