Make portal widget from document folder

You can create an additional portal widget from any document folder. This feature allows you to highlight important or frequently accessed documents directly on the portal’s overview page, making them easier for users to find without navigating through the different document folder.
Here are a few examples of how you can use the extra widget:

- Add a widget to provide quick access to AGM or board meeting preparation.
When setting up a portal widget, please consider the following:
- This feature is only available on the entity portal.
- You can choose where to place the widget: General, Securities, Governance or Documents.
- After creating the widget, remember to update the portal access for each portal user who should have access to it.
