Entity portal

To add a portal user to the entity portal, navigate to the relevant legal entity and follow the steps below.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the overview page of the entity.
  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Select 'Entity settings'.
  4. Go to the tab 'Portal'.
  5. Click on 'Add portal user'.
  6. Search and select the person or define a custom user.
  7. Select the information you would like to share.
  8. Click on 'Create portal access'.

 

Investor portal

To add a portal user to the investor portal, go to the investor’s page in Corporify. Please note that the process differs depending on whether the investor is a person or a legal entity. Step-by-step guides are available for each approach below.
