Portal notifications

Here are some key points to note about portal notifications:

• You can enable or disable portal notifications. By default, notifications are enabled. 
• Portal users will receive an email notification whenever new documents are made available in the portal.
• Notifications are sent overnight.
• If multiple documents are added in one day, only a single email notification will be sent that night.
• Portal notifications are managed at the global level, meaning they are either enabled or disabled for all portal users across your silo. It’s important to note that, while exceptions cannot be made at the group level, each individual portal user retains the flexibility to turn off notifications for their personal account at any time when you have enabled them.
