Mailbox configuration

Learn how to set up a mailbox of your own enterprise within your silo

You can configure a mailbox of your own enterprise within your silo to enhance communication. Mails sent from a recognizable address tend to be trusted and opened more frequently, particularly in light of today's cybersecurity challenges.

This mailbox serves multiple purposes, including sending documents, reminders, eSigning (for Nitro and Adobe Sign) and for portal notifications.

If you choose not to set up a mailbox of your own enterprise, emails will be sent using our default mailbox: noreply@corporify.com.

Set up a Microsoft Office 365 mailbox

You have the ability to set up a Microsoft Office 365 mailbox yourself within the silo settings. Here are some important details to consider:

  • It is advisable to utilize a general mailbox, such as legal@, compliance@, or corporate@, since only one mailbox can be added to your silo.
  • Do not use a shared mailbox.
  • Every three months, you will need to reactivate your login for your O365 mailbox, as the system requires periodic sign-ins. This reactivation is necessary every three months, unless you have adjusted the mailbox settings to require more frequent logins.
