Add a general reminder on the entire environment

Some reminders are not linked to a specific person or entity. If this is the case, add a free text reminder on the whole environment.

Besides from adding reminders on documents, data, legal entities and natural persons, it is also possible to add a reminder on the whole environment.

How it works: 

Select the reminder icon at the top of the page. Next, select 'Add reminder' and enter the details of the reminder: reminder description, alert date, ... 

At the bottom of the window, specify who needs to receive the environment (Tip: use user groups).
