What is the difference between a User / User Group / Other Person / Natural Person?

When using Corporify, you will soon come across concepts like 'User', 'Natural Person' and 'Other Person'. Despite the fact that all of them refer to individuals, they do not serve the same purpose.

• 'User' is someone who is a Corporify user and has a Corporify username and password.
• 'User Group' is a set of different Users, like for example 'the corporate housekeeping team'.
• 'Natural Person'/'Other Person' is a person who has been added to the Corporify database, but isn't necessarily a Corporify User, like for example a mandate holder, contact person or shareholder.
