Learn how to make a group of your entities

In Corporify, you have the ability to organize your legal entities and persons into groups, making it easier to manage and access them. These groups are accessible to all users on the platform.

Here are some examples of groups you can create:

• A group for all the legal entities you manage.
• A group for all the legal entities of a certain division or department.
• A group for all the members of a family. 
• A group for all your direct or indirect investors.

When you create a group, you establish a fixed list of legal entities and persons. You can add new members to this group at any time in the future. However, please note that when you create a new legal entity or person, it will not be automatically included in any existing group. You will need to manually add the new entity to the desired group.
