When shares or certificates are canceled, you can accurately record this change by utilizing the Cancel Securities transaction.

 Below you can find a step by step guide on how to use the Cancel securities transaction.

Step-by-step:

  1. Click on 'New transaction' at the ownership tab.
  2. Select 'Cancel security'.
  3. Complete the number of shares to cancel.
  4. Select the shareholder(s) whose shares needs to be cancelled.
  5. Complete the number of shares to cancel per shareholder.
  6. Once finished, click on 'Save and execute'.
  7. Complete decision date and click on 'Execute'.
