Step 7 - Branding

In step 7 of getting started, we will explore the various options available for incorporating your unique branding. 

 

Establishing your branding may not seem like a top priority, but it plays a vital role in creating a consistent look and feel for your company. For portal or platform user it also helps to build confidence regarding the safety and reliability of your silo, especially in today's landscape of security threats. 

Mailbox

You can link a mailbox to Corporify. Through this mailbox you can send documents and it will also be used for the reminders, e-signings (for Connective and Adobe Sign) and portal notifications. Emails from a familiar address are more likely to be trusted and opened, especially with current cybersecurity concerns.

To connect your mailbox there are two options: Connector certificate (SMTP) or mailgun. Contact our support team for more information.

The email templates can be tailored to your preferences in the following ways:

  • Customer’s logo in high resolution;
  • Change language;
  • Color scheme for primary and secondary color;
  • Change default texts (not applicable for all e-mail templates).

Portal

You have the option to customize the portal by adding your company’s logo and banner, enhancing its visual identity. Your logo will also be displayed throughout the platform, reinforcing brand recognition and consistency.

  • Logo: square image being at least 40x40 pixels or a similar aspect ratio.
  • Banner: image size is 3000x450 or a similar aspect ratio.

Login page

You have the option to customize the login screen by adding your company's logo and a background image:

  • Logo: image with aspect ratio of 1:4.
  • Background: image in square format with central focus; scalable image at any size.
