Add reminder on the expiry date of an ID card

Learn how to get notified when an ID card is about to be expired

Once you have entered the required meta data and specify the expiry date for an ID card, you will have the opportunity to set a reminder for that date. Click here, to learn how to successfully complete the expiry date.

Before adding the reminder, determine:

• how much time in advance this reminder should be set?
• who will receive the reminder (Tip: work with user groups)?
• what extra details should be included in the reminder (additional note)?

By default, the 'Email' option is switched on. Switch it off if you only want to receive the reminder in Corporify and not via email.
