Add reminder on the end date of a mandate

Learn how to get notified when a mandate is coming to an end.

After finalizing the governing bodies and identifying any mandates with an end date, you will have the option to set a reminder for that date. Click here, to learn how to successfully complete the governing bodies.

Before adding the reminder, determine:

• how much time in advance this reminder should be set?
• who will receive the reminder (Tip: work with user groups)?
• what extra details should be included in the reminder (additional note)?

By default, the 'Email' option is switched on. Switch it off if you only want to receive the reminder in Corporify and not via email.
