Learn how to add a custom reminder on a document
You can create a custom reminder on a document when for example you want to follow-up on specific elements regarding the documents.
For example, if you upload a SPA or closing memorandum, you can set a reminder to follow up on certain terms, payments or reps and warranties.
Before adding the reminder, determine:
- how much time in advance this reminder should be set?
- who will receive the reminder (Tip: work with user groups)?
- what extra details should be included in the reminder (additional note)?
By default, the 'Email' option is switched on. Switch it off if you only want to receive the reminder in Corporify and not via email.

Step-by-step:
- Open the document and open the side panel on the right.
- Scroll down and go to 'Reminders'.
- Click on 'Add new reminder'.
- Complete the information regarding the reminder and who needs to be assigned.
- Once finished, click on 'Save'.
