Usufruct and bare ownership
Learn how to correctly add information when share ownership is split between usufruct and bare ownership
When adding information to the share register, you can always split the ownership between the usufructuary and the bare owner.
Please keep in mind that, by default:
-
Voting rights are allocated to the usufructuary.
-
Dividends are allocated to the usufructuary.
-
Convocation letters (in our standard package) are sent to the usufructuary.
If you have a use case where this default setup does not apply, please contact support@corporify.com.
