Update share transaction from Excel

Learn how to update a share transaction from Excel

Once you have prepared the share transaction in Excel, you can update the transaction directly using the Excel import feature. Please note that updates are only possible when the correct import template is used.

Below you can find some use case:

  1. If you have prepared a transaction in Corporify but are unable to execute it - such as when another transaction must be completed first - you can export the prepared transaction before deleting it.
  2. When managing a share transaction with a large amount of shareholders, you can streamline your workflow by first initiating the transaction in Corporify and then completing the process in Excel. For example: Begin by starting the transfer transaction, adding all transfers and selecting the relevant shareholders. Next, export the draft transaction to Excel. This allows you to efficiently complete and review the required details for each shareholder.
Once all information is completed in the Excel template, you can re-import the sheet into Corporify to finalize and execute the transaction, ensuring accuracy and saving time.
