Transfer restrictions

You can add both statutory and contractual transfer restrictions to each register, whether this is required for compliance or you simply want a comprehensive overview of all relevant information.

• For statutory transfer restrictions, you may reference the relevant article(s) from the articles of association. This information will appear in the PDF export of the (share) register.
• For contractual transfer restrictions, you have a flexible field where you can either describe the restriction in detail or refer to specific articles in documents such as shareholders' agreements.

1. Go the tab ownership of the specific entity.
2. Click on 'Transfer restrictions' and on 'Add transfer restrictions'.
3. Complete the information.
4. Click on 'Save'.
