Learn how to get the share register digitally signed.

Easily send the share register for signature, directly from Corporify. Here are some helpful tips to consider when signing the share register:

  • Signers: Are automatically populated from the principal governing body. If you wish to include the board of directors, please click here.
  • Attach documents: If desired, you can attach documents, such as the articles of association, during the export process for signing.
  • Language: You can export the document in Dutch, French or English, depending on your preference.
  • Signed documents: When you export the document, be sure to choose the location in the document room where you want to save it. After the document has been fully signed, the unsigned version will be automatically replaced with the signed version.
