Keeping your governing bodies current is essential for maintaining accurate corporate records. Tracking the reappointment of members of a governing bodies is a crucial aspect of this process.

Below you can find a step by step guide on how to renew the mandate of a member of a governing body.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the entity and click on 'Governance' to select the governing body.
  2. Click on 'Edit members'.
  3. (Optional) If the mandates are already ended, click on 'Status' and include 'Ended' mandates.
  4. Select the mandates that need to be reappointed.
  5. Click on 'Renew membership'.
  6. Complete the new end date and click on 'Renew membership'.
  7. Click on 'Save and execute', complete the decision date and click on 'Execute'.

You can also reappoint all mandates for one person or legal entity in bulk. This allows you, for example, to reappoint all the mandate of a single director across multiple entities in one action.
