Enhanced selection feature

When initiating an eSigning workflow or selecting a transferee when executing a share transfer, you can now conveniently choose from a list of the current shareholders, members of a governing bodies, persons who are designated as signers, etc linked to the entity.

Entity settings relocated to improve navigation

All setting options for each legal entity are now seamlessly integrated into a centralized settings section, providing streamlined access to the following:

• General settings, where you can update the details of the entity, change its legal form or archive the entity as needed.
• Permissions, where you can assign access rights to platform users who do not have access to all entities.
• Portal, where you can grant access to individuals to view this entity through the portal.
• Register settings, where you can manage settings for each register, such as the share register or commitment registers.
• Governance settings, where you can manage the setting for each governing body, such as board of directors or daily management.

Custom portal widget

It’s now possible to add a custom widget (tile) to your portal, linking directly to any webpage you choose, such as your latest newsletter or a specific page on your website. 

Expanded loan module 

You can now set up loans with a six-month accrual period in our loan module. This update gives you more flexibility in managing loan terms and ensures accurate tracking of interest and repayments for semi-annual periods. 

Branches - add bank accounts

You can now easily add bank accounts for branches or other sub-entities.

Shareholder history

We have enhanced the shareholder history overview, making it easier to track all movements and quickly access linked notes, transaction numbers and supporting documents for each shareholder.

Other improvements

Some other improvements that are possible with this release:

• You can now export your subscription rights transaction history.
• You can now create the governing bodies using an Excel sheet.
