1. Enhanced e-signing module

Sending documents with Corporify for e-signature makes your legal entity management a lot easier. By simplifying the e-signing process, we aim to save time and reduce the need for physical paperwork, contributing to a more sustainable approach to legal entity management.

• The e-signing flow has a fresh look designed for improved navigation, making it easier for you to navigate through the process.
• The ability to set your default signing methods. This feature allows you to tailor the e-signing experience to your specific preferences.
• Integrate the option to include the e-signing certificate directly in your signed PDF's.
• Initiate a e-signing process directly from a Word document (docx)

2. Corporify x Microsoft Office

We are excited to announce a collaboration with Microsoft Office, which allows you to seamlessly make adjustments in Corporify using the following Office applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

In addition, you can also easily convert a Word document into a PDF format directly within Corporify.

3. First hurdle for your UBO management

UBO-management is one of the biggest legal hurdles of all enterprises and asks a lot of energy from all legal department. Corporify is taken steps to simplify and enhance your UBO management.

In this initial release, we have introduced a separate module for UBO management that allows you to identify your UBOs based on the data in Corporify and based on the Belgian legislation (the FAQ of the FOD Finance). Additionally, you have the flexibility to make manual adjustments as needed.  

This will simplify your UBO management for the following reasons:

• You will be able to identify your UBOs based on the information in Corporify. This gives you the opportunity to validate the information that is filed in the UBO register.

• You can identify your UBOs after registering any direct or indirect changes in Corporify (e.g. transfer of shares).

• And the cherry on top, you can now directly export your current UBO information into bank forms (BE) for the following banks: Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, ING, and KBC.

In the upcoming year(s), we will introduce additional features to further improve your UBO management. Stay tuned for updates in our release notes, as we will keep you informed about these exciting enhancements.

4. Corporify x Itsme

We prioritize the security and ease of access to your account. Many users have expressed that two-factor authentication can be challenging. To simplify this process, we are pleased to announce that you can now log in using Itsme.

5. Label management

As of today, we have implemented an additional feature to manage your labels. You can now easily do the following:

• Rename your current labels;
• View which labels are not being used;
• Delete labels.

6. Adding a natural person

We have improved the process of adding a natural person:

• You will have the option to immediately include an email address and mobile number.
• You will receive a warning if a person is found with an identical name. 
  
  

7. Different currency per register

You can now manage registers with various currencies within the same legal entity. When creating a register, simply choose your desired currency. If you wish to make changes later, you can easily modify the currency in the settings.
