1. What's new?

Release Notes | August 2021

Let's introduce you to our new features, designed to simplify your corporate housekeeping and make your Corporify experience even better.

1) Account settings

    • Single sign on using Microsoft Azure AD

It is now possible to sign in using your Microsoft account. This implicates that you will be able to work with a ‘single sign on (SSO)’ policy within your team, instead of each individual user having their own, separate account.

Get in touch to activate Microsoft SSO for your team.

    • Add a phone number to your account

We made it possible for you to add a mobile phone number to your account. This will allow you to reset your account yourself in case you are not able to log in using your authenticator app.

    2) Signing options

    • Add signing fields to a PDF

We have made it easier for you to send out documents for electronic signature. Instead of adding the different signing fields to your document outside Corporify, you will now be able to create those fields directly in the signing flow. Indicate for each signer where on the page he will need to sign.

Do not worry: previously added ID documents will keep their confidential mark.

    • Increased number of decimals for exercise price of subscription rights.

We have increased the allowed number of decimals which can be used when entering the exercise price of subscription rights.

    • Classification mandate holder

Assigning a classification to a mandate holder will be clearer and easier.

      • It is now possible to appoint a single director for an indefinite period of time in a Belgian NV/SA.
