Recalculate UBOs

Learn how to identify your UBOs after you have registered changes.

In the UBO module, you can identify your UBOs at a specific moment in time. However the information to identify the UBO can change, for example a transfer of shares in the direct or indirect entity. 

If the changes are registered in Corporify, you can easily identify the UBO based on the updated information and in compliance with the Belgian legislation.
