1) Loans module
- Manage loans such as intra-group loans, shareholder loans, etc.
- Share loan details such as outstanding amounts, interest accruals, etc. with lenders and other stakeholders via the portal.
The Loans module is an extra paid module that needs to be activated on your account.

2) Shareholder notes in share register
Include shareholder specific notes such as share numbers, shareholder affiliations, etc. in the share register.
3) 'Statement of affiliation' for Belgian 'Privaks'/'Pricafs'
For Belgian investment companies that qualify as 'Privak'/'Pricaf', a specific 'statement of affiliation' can be added to the share register.
4) Portal access logs
Admin users can consult the access logs of portal users. These logs give an overview per portal user of the last login date and the entities/persons to which each portal user has access.
Note that Portal access logs are only available to Admin users.
