Learn how to locate the settings of a specific person

All settings for each person are consolidated into a single, centralized settings section giving you streamlined access to the following:

  • General settings, where you can update this person’s details or archive the person when required.

  • Portal users, where you can grant access to this person’s investments so they can be viewed through the portal.

  • Portal access, where you can see which other entities this person can access via the portal.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the person and go to the overview page of the entity.
  2. Click on the three dots on the right top corner.
  3. Select 'Entity settings'.
  4. Find the various settings for this entity.
