Pay-up shares
Learn how to use the pay-up transaction
When shares or certificates require a pay-up, you can easily record this transaction in the register. You can choose from three different methods to record this pay-up transaction:
- Pay-up pro rate: enter the total amount to pay-up. This amount is distributed among the shareholders on a pro rata basis (in proportion based on outstanding amount, total commitment, amounts already paid or total subscribed capital).
- Pay-up for percentage: enter the percentage to be paid up that each shareholder should pay-up (fixed percentage for each shareholder).
- Manually: manually enter the amounts to pay-up for each shareholder.
Additional, you can also choose to distribute a pay-up amount across all shareholders or a selected group of shareholders.
