Learn how to resolve the issue of not receiving the SMS verification code to log in to Corporify

First, ensure that the last four digits of your phone number are correct. After confirming this, wait for 60 seconds before requesting a new SMS code. If the numbers are incorrect, reach out to support@corporify.com.

Next step, try turning your phone off and on again and verify that your message inbox has enough space to receive new messages.

If you still have issues to receive the SMS, please follow the next steps based on whether you are using an iOS or Android device.

iOS (iPhone)


Step 1

Check if the option 'Filter Unknown Senders' is turned off in your settings. To do this, go to 'Settings' and then select 'Messages'. Here, make sure that the 'Message Filtering' option (Filter Unknown Senders) is disabled. If this feature is enabled, you will not receive messages unless they are from a known sender in your contacts list, as unknown messages may end up in a spam, blocked, deleted, archived, or unknown SMS inbox.

Step 2

Check your blocked contacts to ensure that the number you are trying to receive a SMS from has not been blocked. This is often a short code (for example 8272). To do this, go to 'Settings', then select 'Messages' and navigate to 'Blocked Contacts'.

Step1

Check if your spam filter is disabled: Open your SMS app, then access the settings by tapping on the 'menu' or 'three-dot icon'. From there, navigate to 'Settings' and select 'Spam Filter'. Ensure that this feature is turned off.

Step 2

Check if notifications are enabled: Go to 'Phone Settings', then navigate to 'Apps' and select the application from which you want to receive messages. Ensure that the "Receive Notifications" option is turned on.

Step 3

Check if the developer options are disabled. To do this, go to 'Phone Settings' and ensure that the "Developer Options" feature is turned off.
