Learn how to update your phone number.

When you have a new phone number, your ability to log in to Corporify will depend on the authentication method(s) you have chosen. 

This article provides a step by step guide on how to update your phone number, depending on whether or not you have set up an authenticator app for your account.

No authenticator app added

Step 1 - reset your account

We will need to reset your account if you want to able to log-in.

Get in touch to have us reset your account.

Use subject 'Reset account - new phone number' for prompt assistance.

Step 2 - log in to your account and add your new phone number

You can then proceed to log in using your email address and password. To strengthen the security of your account, by adding your phone number.

You can also add Authenticator app to login. We recommend enabling both options to provide you with multiple ways to log in to Corporify. If you need guidance on how to add and download an Authenticator app, you can find more information here.

Step 1 - log in with your authenticator app (Switch to authenticator app)

To log in using the authenticator app, simply switch to this method. Please note that this option only is available if you have previously added your authenticator app to your account. If the option to switch to authenticator app is unavailable, your authenticator app has not been added. In this scenario, please go to step 1 at the beginning of this article.

Now you can delete your old phone number and directly add your new phone number.
