Learn how to locate the settings of a specific legal entity

All setting options for each legal entity are now seamlessly integrated into a centralized settings section, providing streamlined access to the following:

  • General settings, where you can update the details of the entity, change its legal form or archive the entity as needed.
  • Permissions, where you can assign access rights to platform users who do not have access to all entities.
  • Portal, where you can grant access to individuals to view this entity through the portal.
  • Register settings, where you can manage settings for each register, such as the share register or commitment registers.
  • Governance settings, where you can manage the setting for each governing body, such as board of directors or daily management.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the legal entity and go to the overview page of the entity.
  2. Click on the three dots on the right top corner.
  3. Select 'Entity settings'.
  4. Find the various settings for this entity.
