Gain insights into total shares and voting rights

The overview screen includes a “Total shares” or “Total votes” bar at the bottom. When you apply filters - for example, to show only shareholders who are living in a certain country - you can immediately see in the total bar what percentage of the overall shares or voting rights this filtered group owns.

In addition, the tabs now include extra columns to indicate whether a shareholder is part of a specific group in Corporify, their nationality and jurisdiction, their country of residence, any specific labels assigned to them, etc.

Step-by-step:

1. Go to the tab 'Ownership' and click on the tab 'Shareholders' or 'Voting'.
2. Click on 'Edit columns' to change the view.
3. Below you can find the overview with the totals.
4. Click on 'Filter' to narrow down the list of shareholders or voting right holders.
5. Below you can find the amended overview with the totals.
