When creating the board of directors, you can import these mandates directly from Dun & Bradstreet. This allows you to add mandates in a more automated way, verify and complete the imported information and make minor amendments where necessary.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the legal entity.
  2. Go to the tab 'Governance' and click on the '+' icon.
  3. Select 'Directors or 'Board of directors'.
  4. Click on 'Import data from D&B' and click on 'Import'.
  5. If the entity is not yet added to your environment, click on 'Create as new entity'. 
  6. Once finished, select all mandates and click on 'Import ... mandates'.
  7. Verify and complete information.
  8. To finalize, click on 'Save and execute'.
