Export a list of all mandate holders in the database

For compliance reasons you might be required to create a list of all current mandate holders on a regular basis. From now on all it takes is 1 click.

We created a custom export which allows you to export an overview of all mandates (current and expired) in all Legal Entities you're managing in Corporify.

Simply click the settings icon in your top navigation and look for the export icon in the sidebar!

The Excel output file contains the following details, grouped per Legal Entity (with a separate tab for each type of governance body):

• Legal Entity Labels
• Legal Entity Name
• Legal Entity Enterprise Number
• Name Mandate Holder
• Address Mandate Holder
• E-mail Mandate Holder
• Mobile Phone Mandate Holder
• Voting Rights
• Classification (if applicable)
• Roles (Chairman, Secretary,..)
• Type (Director, Observer,..)
• Board Principle (Yes/No)
• Start Date Mandate
• Mandate Status (active or expired)
• End Date Mandate (expired mandates are flagged in red)

Not an Excel power user? No problem, here a few pointers on how to quickly segment your data:

1. Optional: you might have to click 'Enable Editing' (depending on your security settings)
2. Click a random cell with data and press "CTRL + A (Windows) or CMD + A (Mac)" to select all data in the sheet.
3. Hover over to the "Data" tab in the top ribbon and apply "Filter"  to be able to segment your data per column (allowing you to filter for multiple criteria at once).
4. This should already cover most of your use cases. Please get in touch if you're stuck!
