Delete a class of shares

If a certain class of securities is no longer applicable, it can easily be removed.

In case you would like to delete a certain class of securities, select the action 'Cancel class'.

Next, you have to indicate 2 classes:

- The class you would like to cancel
- The target class (the number of shares in the 'canceled class' will go to the chosen target class)

To complete the transaction, fill in the 'Transaction date' and click on 'Execute' and Confirm.

Example: your legal entity has 3 shares classes

Class A (10 shares)
Class B (10 shares)
Class C (10 shares)

Now imagine you would like to cancel Class A (the class, not the shares) because it doesn't exist anymore or because you created the class by accident. You will have to select Class A and pick a target class (B or C) to which the 10 shares will be attributed. The result of your action will look like this:

Class B (10 or 20 shares)
Class C (10 or 20 shares)
