Learn how to export a filtered list of shareholders within a specific register.

You can easily export a list of all shareholder withing a specific register to Excel. Additional, you have  the ability to filter shareholders and you can also export your filtered results directly to Excel.

For example: filter shareholders by country of residence, nationality or jurisdiction (country), those with more than 25% voting rights or number of shares, those with a pledge or those in a specific share class.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the tab 'Ownership' and go the tab 'Shareholders'.
  2. Click on 'Filters' and apply your desired filters.
  3. Click on 'Export' and select 'Excel - A full Excel export of the overview'.
  4. Select 'Shareholders matching the filters' and click on 'Generate'.
