Export indirect ownership

Learn how to export the indirect ownership to Excel

You can create an ownership tree with the direct and indirect control percentages for every entity in Corporify. The export can be made to Excel or PDF.

Next to that, you can customize the export as following:

  • Entity: The file will always start from the entity you are in. You can, however, define a specific entity where the ownership tree should end (for example, if you only want to see the indirect ownership link between two entities). If you want to include all directly and indirectly linked entities, simply keep the prefilled entity. 
  • Columns: You can select from several predefined columns and, in addition, include any custom data field or basic entity detail, such as jurisdiction or groups.
  • State on: by default, the file will be created based on the information as of today, but you can also set a specific date in the past. 

The export provides a clear overview that supports your compliance or AML frameworks and offers additional insights for your consolidation or group accounting team.

Step-by-step:

  1. Go to the Mother company;
  2. Go to the tab 'Interests';
  3. Click on Export and select the second tab 'Indirect ownership';
  4. Fill in the parameters and include additional columns;
  5. Click on 'Export'.
