Learn how to make changes to the governing bodies once you have executed an action

If you identify an error in the governing bodies and need to update the governing bodies, there are several methods available to make corrections:

1. Reopen the last action: If you want to correct the last action you executed, you can reopen this action and apply the necessary changes. For example, you can adjust a mandate that was terminated with an incorrect date.

2. Restore a previous version of the governing body: If the error was not made in the last transaction, you can restore a previous version of the governing body. After restoring this version, you will need to re-enter all subsequent actions to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date.

3. Delete the entire governing body: it is also possible to delete the entire governing body and restart with the creation of the governing body and all subsequent actions.

The most common error occurs when changes to the governing bodies are not added in chronological order, making it impossible to record a change with the correct decision date.
