Duly signed document

Learn how Corporify manages your duly signed documents.

Once all signers have successfully completed your signing request, the following actions will automatically take place:

1. The original document will automatically be replaced by the duly signed document. 

2. All signers and notifiers will receive an e-mail with the duly signed document.
