Export an extract of a single shareholder

When you need a separate extract of the register (PDF) for one or more shareholders, you can either export an extract or folio for each shareholder individually or generate separate extracts for all shareholders in bulk as a ZIP file.

Export the extract/folio of a single shareholder

You can easily make an export of an extract or folio of a single shareholder. You can make this export to PDF in English, Dutch or French.

Step-by-step:

1. Go to the tab 'Ownership' and click on the tab 'Shareholders'.
2. Click on the three dots next to the shareholder.
3. Select 'Generate extract for holder'.
4. Select the language and click on 'Generate'.

Export a separate extract/folio for all shareholders in bulk

Additionally, if you wish to export separate extracts for all shareholders, you can create a separate PDF document for each one in bulk. You can also generate a ZIP file that consolidates all the PDF documents into one convenient package.
