Learn how to delete a custom data field

Once you have created a custom data field, you can delete it if needed. Before doing so, we recommend exporting all your entities to ensure that any information stored in the custom data field is not lost.

If you delete a custom field, it will disappear from all entities.
If you only want to remove a custom field for certain entities, adjust the conditions instead of deleting the field.

How to delete a custom data field:

  1. Go to the custom data field and click on 'the pencil icon' and click on 'Configure custom fields' or click on the name of your silo on the upper right corner and select 'Silo settings'.
  2. Go to the tab 'Custom fields'.
  3. Click on the three dots next to the custom field you want to delete.
  4. Click on 'Delete'.
