If you want to use 1Password (a password manager) instead of a authenticator app on your phone, this article will provide you with a step by step guide on how to complete this successfully.

Step 1 - delete your current authenticator app

First of all you need to remove the connection with the 'old' authenticator app. If you don't have an authenticator app linked to your account, you may proceed to Step 2.

If you are unable to log in at the moment, we will need to reset your account to allow you to generate a new QR code.

Step 2 - set up the authenticator code and add 1Password to your Corporify account

The process for setting up the authenticator code will vary depending on the device or operating system you are using (such as phone vs. computer, iOS vs Android and Windows vs. Mac).
