When executing a (share) transaction you have to option ta attach supporting documents to that specific transaction. For example: link the share purchase agreement to a transfer transaction, link the notarial deed and the auditor report to an issuance transaction, etc.
By linking supporting documents to each transaction, you can quickly locate the relevant files and maintain a complete overview of all transactions carried out within an entity.

- Go to the register and click on the tab 'Transactions'.
- Click on the transaction to view, manage or delete the supporting documents.
- Click on 'Documents'.
- Upload, view or delete the supporting document(s).
